Club HUB Sign inGetting Involved - DBS Checks
The safety of our players is our top priority. Every coach and manager must complete a DBS check and keep it up to date.
For new coaches, your first DBS check must be initiated by the club. Our Club Welfare Officer will guide you through the process.
Existing coaches can sign in to My Account and click the Safeguarding button. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate a check.

Each manager and coach is required to complete the free entry-level EE Playmaker course. Itβs a brilliant starting point for understanding the basics of coaching and creating a safe, inclusive environment for players.

All managers and coaches must complete and keep up to date their Safeguarding Children qualification. This ensures every child in our club is protected and supported.

To get started, download the app from the app store, create your profile with your email address (a phone number is optional but not sufficient alone).
To create your first group:
- Tap 'create group'
- Choose your activity (e.g. football)
- Add a group name and description
- Optionally create subgroups for teams or age categories
- Invite members via link, email, or group code
Match Day
All managers and coaches responsible for teams from under 7's to under 16's are responsible for setting up matches 5 days prior to match day.
To do this please download and set up the Match day app on your phone.

Once your match has been played, all scores must be updated on Matchday by 5pm the following day.
